The SYNCO G2(A2) is a dual wireless microphone. It comes from G1(A2) and is reborn with a display to show all main indicators. It continues processing the input audio via patented technology and sending clean, clear audio based on 2.4GHz digital transmission technology. With 1 receiver and 2 transmitters, G2(A2) records two sound sources at the same time, applicable to a wide range of content creations.
TFT Display to Show Key Figures
The SYNCO dual wireless microphone system G2(A2) distinguishes itself from G2(A1) by having the other transmitter to achieve the recording of 2-person dialogue and the flexibility of output modes, and differs from G1(A2) by a true-color TFT display on both transmitter and receiver to make each key figure such as recording mode and battery status, readable under different light intensities.
Upgraded Algorithm for Stable Signal Transmission within 200m
The SyncoderTM Encrypted Transmission Algorithm 4.0 enhances the signal stability of the dual digital microphone system within 656ft/200m (Line-Of-Sight) and 164ft/50m (Non-Line-Of-Sight) effective range. It runs the Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technique to detect the location on it’s own intuitive and then by itself turns to the optimal frequency so that no signal conflicts would occur. This also helps protect privacy and reduce interference.

Canceling an Order
- If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not shipped yet.
- An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in the same condition as when received.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective items, subject to a 5% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
