Very comparable to $1000 models at less of a price. BNC & HDMI in and out. You can loop either BNC or HDMI but you cant loop BNC to HDMI either way. But for the price it works great.

Awesome price for a SDI monitor. Purchased to use as a camera viewfinder and this was perfect for that. Comes with hood and hot shoe adapter. I will buy another this year for sure.

I wanted to replace my Lilliput 663/O/P2 7" monitor with something better and not as heavy to put on the rear of my Sony FS7 (ironic that the camera and monitor models are FS7 huh?)I was a little bit apprehensive on buying this because it is very new and I couldn't find hardly any reviews on it. Let me say that initially I could not be any happier with this! Compared to the 663, it's way better all the way around. When I get my SDI cable in, it will be even better because all HDMI connections are inherent to a little bit of lag; but with SDI, it shouldn't be a problem. The resolution is sharp. Colors look really good. Brightness is good although I haven't tried it outside yet.The only thing is the screen itself is reflective and I'd prefer a matte screen vs glossy for that reason, but it really is a good purchase. I also wish it had a waveform and vectorscope like the 663 did, but the quality of the monitor is much much better so I'm happy.I'll update this later if I ever have any issues, but I can tell this is a really good buy.
