FEELWORLD LUT5 is a 5.5-inch ultra-high bright on-camera monitor, with 3000nit ultra-high brightness, the screen is clearly visible in the sun. Full HD LCD touch screen, easy to operate; supports HDMI signal 4K@30Hz, HDR monitoring, custom 3D LUT and other professional auxiliary composition tools. There is a F970 external install and powr kit on the rear of LUT5, which can install such as wireless transmission, LED light, etc.

Light Sensor for Auto Dimming
The LUT5 has an ambient light sensor, from a dim studio to a sunny location, from midnight moonlight to noon sunshine, it can automatically adjust the monitor brightness to fit your filmming environment.
Full Touch Screen Design
The innovative touch screen LCD user interface provides incredible control. You can use simple tap and swipe gestures for the important monitoring functions without buttons.
Touch Screen Operating Instruction
1. When the monitor and touch are both on, continuously click the screen twice to enter the main menu.
2. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the shortcut menu and click on the corresponding menu to open or set the corresponding function. Double-click the shortcut menu function and select the function setting with the "<" or ">" key.
3. On the left side of the screen (1/2 split screen), you can directly adjust the brightness of the screen backlight; on the right side of the screen (1/2 split screen), you can directly adjust the volume.
4. Click any space beside the menu to exit.

Customs Duty

Default, if you refuse Customs and make the package returned or destroyed, we don't refund or compensate.
Canceling an Order
- If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not shipped yet.
- An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in the same condition as when received.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective items, subject to a 5% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@vitopal.com. Please do not send purchased items back to the warehouse without prior notification and authorization.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
