Color quality is very good, and brightness is great. Comparing to s2 Litemat 1, and it’s specs are just better. For the price I wouldn’t buy a Litemat ever again. The F21x has better controls including built in 5pin DMX and Bluetooth via Aputure App and FXs that are usable.Using side by side, the only difference in usability is a Litemat will dim lower. On is about 10% brightness for the f21x while a Litemat on is about 5% brightness. However, the f21x is much brighter at the max setting, so you get more on the top end.Negative would be the mounting bracket on the f21x. It’s soft metal and wish they would have done something different. You can easily just buy some coroplast and some Velcro and use that as support just like a Litemat instead. The bracket is fine, but I can see that’s where they cheaped out. As a pro, you can find many other ways to make a mount that are better for long term use. It’s still worth the money and then some. Punches way above it’s price point for quality of light and features.
