The COLBOR W60 and W60R are portable LED lights for video. Each combines advanced technology with a camera-inspired look, delivering an impressive 60W of power. With a large Φ31mm light bead, built-in optical design, and innovative diffuse transmission technology, the W60 lineup spreads and softens light to minimize glare and provide a consistent, high-quality beam. Bi-color and Portable RGB Video Light at High CRI
The W60 adopts Φ31mm flat and wide light source to enhance the beam size, resulting in a larger and more consistent distribution of light. It offers 4,770Lux of 5600K lighting at 1m by using the supplied reflector. The W60 features 2700-6500K color temperatures while the W60R offers full-color options. Both lights boast a CRI of 97 to ensure accurate color reproduction.

Customs Duty

We will declare items as low as we can to help customer avoid tax,but for some countries you may need to pay import duty. We are not responsible for any tax. If you want the declared a real value, please contact us.
Default, if you refuse Customs and make the package returned or destroyed, we don't refund or compensate.
Canceling an Order
- If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not shipped yet.
- An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in the same condition as when received.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective items, subject to a 5% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@vitopal.com. Please do not send purchased items back to the warehouse without prior notification and authorization.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-5 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Credit card refunds: 1-7 business days
