This light is so unbelievably versatile. I’m a filmmaker and photographer and having good lighting is so important to me. This thing does it all. Portrait Lighting. Key lighting. Product lighting. Special effects lighting. 100 watts with a long lasting battery and included power supply means I can shoot all day. The barn doors and diffuser are great accessories and the case is awesome. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it truly can fill the roll of many lights in one convenient piece.

This Zhiyun F100 RGB LED Light is a well built, solid product. It is a bright and powerful light stick. I have quite of few of these light sticks at my studio and this is my go-to when I need bright! The set includes the light stick, a quality carrying case, a 120 watt power adapter and some accessories. The light stick can be charged with the adapter or via USB-C. At MAX mode, it runs at 4000K and 100W. It can get hot but its internal cooling system works great. It includes heat sinks and 6 FOC fans to prevent overheating. This is a really quality light stick - very useful when I need a bit more power and brightness for my shots.

The included accessories - reflective barn doors that can be removed. Eggcrate modifier. padded carrying case with an actual waterproof zipper.This thing is HEAVY - 2.5 pounds. This does not sound like much, but it feels a lot heavier. I attach an accessory handle from my gimbal to the 1/4-20 thread on the base so I can use two hands.At full brightness this gets pretty hot - so much so that there's actually heat sinks and 6 fans in the rear. It has individual LED's for RGBm warm white and cool white. There's several effects for video plus some that work great for light painting. The brightness of these can be set.The control is a dial/rocker with a button in the middle. The dial sets brightness and selects modes. The center button turns on power. Double-tap it to instantly go to 100%.It's not small - the light is 19" long. The light is 13" of that and the rest is battery and electronics. The barndoors can be removed, but I leave them on - they really offer a LOT of control.One complaint is that if the light is rested on its back, the weight is also on the control dial. A mounting thread on the top would also be nice, but it's just on the base. That's a minor complaint though.You're paying 3x the amount of the typical ling RGB light bar - I have a couple of those as well. But this thing is a beast. It's like comparing an economy car to a beefy off-road vehicle. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing and powerful light with sooooo many uses! It is incredibly well made which I would expect at this price and from this brand. If you have not heard of Zhiyun, they are a great brand that I believe is mostly known for their gimbals (which are fantastic!). For traveling purposes this is a no-brainer and could stand in as a keylight if needed, but I think where it really shines is in adding dramatic/cinematic effects to a scene. Between the barn doors, the softbox cover and the grid attachment you can direct the light in a variety of ways that gives you a lot of flexibility in such a small form factor. Of course, being RGB is the big deal to add drama to your scene without needing to use gels and whatnot. The fact that it is rechargeable with built in batteries is a real WIN WIN for the traveling photographer, videographer or filmmaker. It may seem a tad bit expensive, but it's really not when you consider how powerful and flexible this thing really is. I am totally in love with it!

ZHIYUN is more known for stabilizers than lighting but that is about to change. This combination F100 rgb light is EXTREMELY bright. it comes with a gorgeous case, has great accessories tobe used for video and photoshoots, & is by far the highest quality lightsaber I've ever worked with.The fans are extremely quiet so this can be still used on video production sites.The video modes are all of the standard modes for a lightsaber of this caliber. It turns toany color you want, has various, tv, fireplace, & video modes, & the light lasts for a few hours. HOWEVER... the light is powered by built in 2600mAH lithium ion batteries and will work with both a type USB C charger or a 120W power adapter. so you can leave it plugged in or bring a v mount battery to keep it running indefinitely.
